Liberation Tours would like to invite you to join us on an historical adventure you will never forget. Using our local knowledge of the Poznan area of Poland and accompanied by an extremely knowledgeable local guide we would like to share with you the titanic struggle that took place there in the late stages of World War II when the German army was on the retreat from Russia. Our Great Escape to Poznan tour delivers what it says. As well as providing a once in a lifetime opportunity to see where history was made we will also take you to the site of Stalagluft III and let you re-live the memories of the Great Escapers.
During this three day tour we will provide all transport to and from the main town square in Poznan in a mini bus operated by a local reputable company. Admission to all museums and underground bunkers are free.
Finally, we firmly believe that small groups provide maximum opportunity for us to get to know you better and deliver a valued service. For this reason the maximum number on any one tour will be limited to eight. It is also true that to get to many of the sites we would like to take you to the vehicle size would be limited in any case.
Poznan is served by budget airlines departing from various airports in the United Kingdom and Europe and we are able to provide advice upon request. A variety of accomodation and fine restaurants to suit your every need are available whether it be in the city centre or within a tram stop or walking distance away. Again please contact us and we will give you the benefit of our experience.

As a continuation or if you prefer, as a separate tour, Liberation Tours would like to take you to the heart of what was Hitler's Germany - Berlin. Our three day visit will provide you with a fascinating insight into the final days of World War II and the legacy it left behind.
Like something a bit closer to home? Liberation Tours offer a one day tour of the Stirling/Falkirk area following the footsteps of William Wallace as he struggled to gain Scotland's independence in his battles with King Edward I.
Tour prices from 90 euros per day per person.
